AUSTRIA HOTEL of ATHENS has been operating successfully since 1984, when it first opened its doors to the demanding Greek and the International public. A charming, standard class city hotel, built in an eminent and peaceful area, across the evergreen Filopappou hill and close to the Acropolis, a few minutes walk from the shopping area of Koukaki and places of interest and the historical centre of Athens, but only a few walking minutes to public transportation, like Metro and bus, and close to the Athens main avenue Sygrou. The hotel offers its guests bar, restaurant, lobby is a cosy place for you to meet your friends or business partners. It offers also a a wide-screen 43' color-TV-set, where you can watch your favorite show or a sports match in company. Guest rooms are nicely decorated and comfortably designed, fitted with modern amenities and comforts.

The AUSTRIA HOTEL offers 37 rooms on 3 floors, facing the Filopappou Hill and overlooking the Acropolis or with view of Athens.There are 3 single rooms, 23 twin-bedded rooms and 11 double (Queen-size) rooms.For families, we can add an extra-bed in some of the double or twin rooms.All rooms are equipped with 20'/50cm color-sat-PayTV, International direct-line-phone with PC-jack to connect your laptop.Certainly, all rooms are with private EnSuite bath/shower with hairdryer.

Restaurants & Lounges

The Austria offers buffet-style breakfast from 07:00 - 10:00 the restaurant is next to the entrance area, The VIENNA Bar where you can enjoy your coffee or your favorite drink before dinner. We serve most famoous brands of spirit and softdrinks. and the adjacent lounge with TV are next to the restaurant. For your relaxation, you are invited to visit our roof garden with the most exciting view of Athens; a spectacular panorama view from the Acropolis past the Olympic stadium over Athens down to the Saronic Golf to Piraeus. The hotel's lobby is a cosy place for you to meet your friends or business partners. In addition, the latest Audiovisual facilities and technical support can be arranged by the Conference Department.Flexible space can be easily converted to accommodate room 10 to 50 persons. The newly created Mousses Hall can be technically supported with any Audiovisual equipment required for your Conference or Seminar. Modern conference equipment is provided.
