Chicago O'Hare Airport Other Services and Facilities
Foreign Exchange Desks
Foreign currency exchange outlets are located in the lower levels of Terminal 3 and the International Terminal. In addition, mobile carts equipped to handle foreign currency are available at departure gates servicing international destinations.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)
For the convenience of travelers, ATMs are available in all terminals at Chicago O'Hare International Airport. They are located on the upper level of Concourse B in Terminal 1, the upper level of Terminals 2 and 3, and the upper and lower levels of the International Terminal.
Chapel
This is on the mezzanine level of Terminal Two, above the US Airways ticket counters, and is open from 8am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday. Catholic, Muslim and Protestant Chaplaincies are all present at O’Hare.
Virtual Concierge Desks
These are multilingual, touch-screen kiosks which provide information on hotels, transportation and the airport in eight languages. Users can also get the latest news on flights, weather and events in Chicago at these terminus.
Travelers Aid and Medical services
These are based on the upper level of terminal two.
Laptop Charging
AC outlets are situated throughout Chicago ORD Airport and can be used to charge laptops and other devices.
USO
Members of the Armed Forces (and their families) can use this 24 hour center which offers a place to relax, enjoy a meal, check their email and phone home before returning home or departing on duty.
Luggage Storage
For security reasons, luggage cannot be stored at Chicago O'Hare.
Family Facilities
Special family restrooms in Chicago O’Hare Airport are located in Terminal Two at three locations (near Gate G-11, in the Rotunda Building and between E and F concourses) and in Terminal Three in the H concourse near gate H-5.
In Terminal Five there is an educational area for children that teaches youngsters about fire and safety which is called the “Play It Safe” area. There is also a children’s museum in Terminal Two.
