Terminal Guide
Christchurch International Airport has one passenger terminal and one cargo terminal. Both International and domestic flight terminals are located in either side of the single passenger terminal which are open for operation 24 hours and from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm respectively. The passenger terminal offers many traveller services including special facilities for passengers with disabilities.
A full range of Automated Teller Machines, banking services and bureaux de change is located throughout the terminal building. Postal services are available at the travel and information centres in both international and domestic terminals. Telephones are situated throughout the interior of the terminal complex. Bars, cafés and restaurants are located alongside the other facilities in the airport. A hairdresser, florist and a pharmacy are available in the Domestic terminal. There are children's play areas on the first floor and in the Domestic terminal. Conference and business facilities, in addition to the services provided by the travel information centre, are available on request.
Six international airlines and three domestic carriers operate at the terminal of Christchurch International Airport. Air New Zealand, Qantas Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Pacific Blue, Freedom Air, Korean Air and Origin Air serve the airport through 18 boarding gates.
