Missing baggage:
To report lost or found items, contact the Airport Administration office located on the skywalk level of the main terminal building. To check on lost items, contact the Airport Administration office at +1 515 256 5100.
Help for stranded travelers:
Contact the airline as soon as possible when a connection is missed. The airline will re-schedule your flight as soon as possible.
