Airline Lounges
The Anna Livia Departure Lounge located on the upper level of ‘The Street' at Dublin International Airport (DUB) is accessible to all passengers for a nominal fee, irrespective of the airline or class of ticket.
Tourist Information
Dublin Tourism's Information and Reservations Centre offers many facilities to visitors including:
- Assistance with Irish holiday itineraries
- Sale of maps, guides and books
- All Ireland Accommodation Reservations Service
Medical Facilities
The Dublin International Airport (DUB) Pharmacy is located in the Departures Level behind check-in areas five and six, and offers a full service facility, including prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, cosmetics, photographic accessories, travel supplies etc.
Facilities for the Physically Challenged
Passengers have access through the terminal to the aircraft using ramps and lifts. Other facilities, include:
- Wheelchair assistance
- Porter services
- New lifts with inbuilt voiceover and Braille buttons
- Minicom telephone at Information Desk
- Induction loops to help amplification of announcements for passengers with hearing difficulties
- Counter loop system at the Information Desk offers clear communication with the information assistants on duty
- Wheelchair-friendly facility at Information Desk in the Arrivals Level
