Trains
The closest train station to the Glasgow Airport (GLA) is Paisley 's Gilmour Street Railway Station located just two miles away from the Terminal. The railway station is accessible by taxi or by the regular bus services.
Direct Rail Services are available from Paisley Gilmour Street to Glasgow Central, Ayr and other destinations on the Clyde Coast .Eight trains operate from Gilmour Street to Glasgow Central every hour from Monday to Saturday while five trains operate hourly every Sunday.
Bus Services
Two main companies, Fairline and Scottish Citylink operate shuttle buses to central Glasgow from the Airport. During the day, these shuttle buses leave every 15 minutes while they depart every 30 minutes in the evening. The journey time is approximately 25 minutes and the bus stops at various locations including rail and bus stations. Bus connections are also available to Greenock and Gourock, which will enable you to connect with the ferry.
Taxis
Taxis with meters are available for hire 24 hours a day from the front of the Glasgow Airport 's main Terminal building.
Coach
Charter coaches drop-off and pick up passengers at the short stay coach park on Bute Road adjacent to international arrivals.
