Terminals
The terminal at the Jackson International Airport has two concourses and six gates for passenger exchange. The two floor terminal building contains traveler conveniences such as restaurants and bars, restrooms, rental car agencies, ticket counters, gift shops, Automated Teller Machines, baggage claim counter and handicap assistance on request.
The modern terminal at Jackson International Airport was improved and refurbished in 1996 to meet with the growing demands of passengers and will be improved further with the implementation of a major expansion plan. At present, eight passenger airlines serve at the Jackson International Airport terminal on a scheduled flight scheme. The Jackson International Airport terminal is open 24 hours and contains two 8500-foot runways.
Parking facilities and rental car parking lots are located on either sides of the terminal at Jackson International Airport for the convenience of passengers. All ground transport agencies can be found inside the terminal building of the Jackson International Airport.
