Customs Allowance Information
If arriving from another European Union country, you won't have any restrictions on the amount of tobacco and alcohol which you can bring into the UK. However, if you are arriving from any other country, you will need to stay within the limits below or face a hefty fine:
- Alcohol: either one litre or spirits or two litres of fortified wine
- Tobacco: either 200 cigartettes or fifty cigars
- Other goods (incl perfume and souveniers): up to £390 worth
