Introduction
London Stansted Airport (STN) is London's third largest airport that has developed as south-east England's principal base for budget airlines operating within Europe.
Located 30 miles (48 kms) northeast of London, Stansted Airport provides convenient road and rail links to England's capital city including frequent Stansted Express trains to Liverpool Street station; National Express and Terravision coaches to Victoria Station, and numerous taxi and car hire firms on site. STN is located off junction 8 of the M11 motorway, less than 20 minutes away from junction 27 of the M25 motorway encircling London. Trains from Stansted also run to the Midlands and Cambridge.
