Missing Baggage
Minneapolis International Airport (MSP)'s Lost and Found office is located on the Lindbergh Terminal's Mezzanine Level, one floor up from the Ticketing Lobby, across from security checkpoint 5.
Help for Stranded Travelers
Traveler assistance is available through several booths located at the entryway to Concourse A and B, near gate C12 of Concourse C, near the shoeshine stand of Concourse D, and in the north and middle section of Northstar Crossing of the Lindbergh Terminal. Humphrey Terminal features a single traveler assistance booth, located near door 3 at the exit towards the Ground Transportation Center.
