Nashville International Airport Terminal Information
Terminals
The main terminal at Nashville International Airport consists of three levels. Ground transportation is on level one, baggage claim areas, airport information and hotel information is on level two and ticket counters, restaurants, shops, airline gates and concourses A, B, C and D on level three. Concourse A serves AirCanada (Jazz), Continental Airlines, Continental Airlines Express, United Express Airlines, Frontier Airlines and Independence Air. Concourse B serves Atlantic Southeast, Comair, Delta Airlines, Delta Airlines Express, Northwest Airlines, SkyWest, US Airways and US Airways Express. Concourse C serves American Airlines, American Eagle, Corporate Airlines, Skyway Airlines and Southwest Airlines.
The facilities on offer at the Nashville International Airport include ATMs, foreign exchange services, Information Centers, restaurants, lounges, newspaper stands, gift shops and mail boxes. The physically challenged passengers are provided with elevators on all three levels, TDDs, parking facilities and wheelchair accessible shuttle services.
Business facilities available at the Nashville International Airport include a Business Center located on the Ticketing Level near escalator in front of the C / D Checkpoint at Wright Travel. Faxing and photocopying services are available at the Business Center.
Eight car rental firms including Alamo, National, Avis, Budget, Hertz, Dollar, Enterprise and Thrifty, operate from the Nashville International Airport at present. Ample parking space including short term parking, long term parking, economy parking, waiting area, valet parking and overflow parking are provided for the visitors.

Gift Shops
Many gift shops such as The Grand Ole Opry, Paradies Gift Shops, Gift Connection and PGA Tour Shop are located in the concourses in level three.
Restaurants and Bars
Many restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlors such as Capitol Hill Grille, Andrew Jackson's Tavern, Whitt's Barbecue, Breyers Ice Cream, Coffee Beanery, Pasta Pizzazz and Miami Subs are located throughout the entire level three.
Business Services
Fax and Photocopying
A coin-operated copy machine is available 24 hours a day at Wright Travel Business Center. An attended Fax machine is available from Monday to Friday from 5:30 am - 9:00 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm at the Wright Travel Business Center, located on the Ticketing Level.
Post
Mail boxes are available on Baggage and Ticketing Levels between escalators and on Ground Transportation Level at terminal entrance.
Currency Exchange and ATMs
Foreign Exchange Desks
SunTrust Bank, near A / B Concourse and at the Wright Travel Business Center near C / D Concourse provide currency exchange services.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)
ATMS are located on the Ticketing Level by Wright Travel and SunTrust Bank. Two ATMs are located on the Ground Transportation Level, behind the escalators.
Extra Traveler Facilities
Airline Lounges
Lounges are located on A, B and C Concourses. The Bull Pen / Stadium Club is located on Concourse C, at Gate C-20. It features non-smoking and smoking lounge areas. The vending court featuring a spacious lounge is located prior to the A and B security checkpoint adjacent to the SunTrust Bank.
Tourist Information
Welcome Center on Baggage Level offers information for the passengers. The Opryland Desk is located on the Ground Transportation Level behind the escalator.
Medical Facilities
Contact Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) by dialing 1703 on beige courtesy phones in the terminal. EMTs are on duty 24 hours.

Shuttle Services
Shuttles to and from the terminal to the parking lots are equipped with wheelchair lifts
Telephones
Telecommunications Devices for the Deaf (TDD) and the hard of hearing are located on Baggage Level on the end wall nearest American baggage belts; Ticketing Level left of the third entrance door and across from Southwest ticket counter; Concourse A; Concourse B before Gate 6; Concourse C to the left of C-10; across the D-8 side wall; side wall by baggage claim.
