Lost & Found
Missing baggage:
The office of Airport Operations, located on the upper level in the west lobby near Concourse C retains items lost in public areas. Unclaimed lost and found items are donated to charity after a 30 day period. Items lost in airlines exclusive areas such as ticket counters, gates or airplanes should be reported to the respective airline. Lost items at the security checkpoints should reported to the Support Operations Center of the airport.
Help for stranded travelers:
The Traveler's Aid Booth located in the east baggage claim area provides assistance to travelers in distress and provides tourist information. Voluntary staff is available at this booth.
