Missing baggage:
Items lost at Raleigh-Durham International Airport should be taken to and retrieved from the RDU Airport Authority Police Department. Offices are located near the information desk in Terminal A and in the baggage claim area in Terminal C. The offices are open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily, or call +1 919 840 2125 to schedule a time to retrieve your item.
Help for stranded travelers:
Volunteer Ambassadors who provide assistance to passengers can be found at the information desks and throughout the terminals. Information desks are located in the main baggage claim areas in Terminals A and C.
