Airline Lounges
British Airways lounge is located in Terminal C, floor 2, Alitalia lounges are available in all three terminals, Air France lounge is located in Pier B, 3 rd floor, Italitour lounge is located in Terminal C, ground floor and Cisalpina in Terminal A, floor 1.
A lounge for the physically challenged (Sala Amica) is located on the departures level of Terminal A. It is managed by Alitalia and reserved for the passengers of the airline.
Tourist Information
Fiumicino Rome Airport (FCO) features Information totems at Terminal A Departures and Arrivals areas, at Terminal B Arrivals and at Terminal C Arrivals. These totems are operative all day.
Medical Facilities
Fiumicino Rome Airport (FCO) operates a 24-hour First Aid Facility which provides medical assistance to passengers, airport visitors and airport workers. Pharmacies are located in the check-in area of Terminal A and in Terminal C.
Elevators
All elevators can be accessed by wheelchairs. Some of them feature Braille character pushbuttons on the control panel.
Helpdesks
Assistance Request Points are located outside pedestrian sidewalk, departure level, of the Terminals A, B and C, near the entrances, on level 4 of building D of the multi-storey car park, near the elevated, covered pedestrian walkway and on level 1 of the buildings B - C and D of the multi-storey car park near the reserved parking area for disabled persons.
The Interactive Information Points located on all three terminals can be used by passengers on wheelchairs to obtain information.
Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are located throughout the Fiumicino Rome Airport (FCO).
Further assistance
Tactile routes for visually impaired are available in all three terminals. Fiumicino Rome Airport (FCO) features special care lounges in Terminal B and C.
