Terminals
Seattle - Tacoma International Airport has one main terminal (with four concourses), and two satellites. Each facility serves several airlines and a large number of destinations, and offers a variety of restaurants, bars, newsstands and shops. Business services, banks and ATMs are also available. The main terminal has the highest concentration of passenger services.
Concourse A, Main Terminal
Seattle - Tacoma International Airport's concourse A (Main Terminal) serves American Airlines, ATA, China Airlines, Delta Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Hawaiians Airlines, and Sun Country Airlines. It contains gates A1 - A14.
Concourse B, Main Terminal
Seattle - Tacoma International Airport's Concourse B (Main Terminal) serves America West Airlines, Charter Airlines, Continental Airlines, Horizon Air, and Southwest Airlines. It contains gates B1 - B15.
Concourse C, Main Terminal
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport Concourse C (Main Terminal) serves Alaska Airlines, Charter Airlines, and Horizon Air. It contains gates C1 - C20.
South Satellite
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport South Satellite serves Aeroflot Airlines, Air Mobility Command, Asiana Airlines, British Airways, Charter Airlines, China Airlines, Eva Air, Northwest Airlines, Scandinavian Airlines, and World Airways.
NorthSatellite
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport North Satellite serves Air Canada, JetBlue Airways, United Airlines and US Airways.
Shopping
Duty Free
For shoppers looking for the best prices, duty free shops are conveniently located at concourses A and C as well as the North and South Satellites.
Gift Shops
A wide range of shops are available throughout the terminal, concourses, and satellites. Amongst them one would find popular shops such as Hudson News, Northwest Elements Gift, Lids, World Passage, and Puget Sound Gifts.
Restaurants and Bars
Enjoy the variety of dining options available to travelers arriving at the Seattle - Tacoma International Airport. The Grove, Africa Lounge, Burger King, Pizza Hut Express, The Edge Sports Bar, Runway Deli, Sports Page Pub, The Mountain Room Bar are some of the fine restaurants and bars at the airport.

Internet Access
Laptop users can use the high-speed wireless Internet access available throughout the airport. It must be noted that this facility is not available in the subways and on the upper floors of the garage. Additionally, Internet access is also available at Laptop Lane located in the North Satellite of the airport.
Fax and Photocopying
Laptop Lane, the business center located in the North Satellite, offers many thoughtful services for business travelers. These services include fax, photocopy and computer usage.

As a convenience for travelers, US Mailboxes have been placed on the ticketing level near America West, on the Upper Drive sidewalk outside of America West, in the North and South Satellites, and on the Lower Drive sidewalk outside of the baggage claim door 16. FedEx and UPS services are also available at Ken's Baggage and Frozen Food Storage.
Currency Exchange and ATMs
Foreign Exchange Desks
The airport offers two Travelex currency exchanges in the Main Terminal (one on the north esplanade and the other on the south) and one currency exchange in the South Satellite.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)
16 ATMs have been conveniently positioned throughout the airport. Four ATMs are available at the ticketing level of the Main Terminal, with the Baggage Claim Level of the Main Terminal and concourse A offering three ATMs each. All other concourses and satellites feature an ATM each with the exception of concourse D which features two ATMs (one next to Hudson News and the other next to Pretzelmania).

Tourist Information
The Visitor Information Desk located opposite Carousel 11 on the Baggage Claim Level in the Main Terminal is perfect for tourists arriving at the airport.
Medical Facilities
Travelers requiring emergency medical assistance should call 911.
Disabled Facilities
Elevators
All elevators at the airport feature controls with Braille and raised numerals, lowered control panels, floor passing gongs, and raised call buttons.
Restrooms
Private restrooms for disabled travelers who need assistance are located on both levels of the Main Terminal as well as on all concourses and satellites. Most of the public restrooms at the airport feature larger stalls for wheelchair access, grab bars, and lower accessories such as paper towel dispensers and mirrors.
Telephones
All telephones at the airport are wheelchair accessible. The airport offers around 80 amplified telephones for travelers with hearing impairments.
Wheelchairs
The airport offers wheelchair services for both passengers and visitor alike. Travelers can contact their ticketing agent or a skycap to request for wheelchair assistance.
