Wellington International Airport Ground Transportation
Introduction
Transport from Wellington International Airport is made available through taxis, shuttles and a stagecoach, immediately available on arrival at the airport.
Taxis
Taxis are available at the stands located directly outside the ground floor of the terminal. One taxi rank is reserved for the taxis of Wellington Combined Taxis, and the other rank is for all the other taxis operating from the airport.
Door-to-door Shuttle Service
The shuttles are located immediately outside of the terminal building, on the southern end of the ground level. These provide transport to the exact location.
Stagecoach
This is an express bus service between the Wellington International Airport, Wellington city and Hutt Valley. The bus stops at the Air Cargo Depots, Rongotai, Kilbirnie, Hataitai, Wellington City, Petone, Alicetown and Lower Hutt.
